Your tasks: In your new role you will take on varied and responsible tasks:

  • Order entry and processing
  • Preparation of offers
  • Telephone and written customer service
  • Maintenance of data in our merchandise management system (Amicron)
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support in purchasing and sales

What you should bring with you:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Confident use of a PC, ideally knowledge of Amicron
  • A quick grasp of things and a customer-oriented way of working
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
